Once proofs are approved, YourNextPromo.net is no longer responsible for incorrect information printed on items.
All refund cases will be handled on a case by case basis to ensure customer satisfaction. Please contact customer service at 803.319.4549 within 30 days of purchase to request a full or partial refund.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of production. Production times vary with each item and should be discussed with a customer service representative if a specific “in-hands” date is required. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEX. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Credit card authorization and verification may be required prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 803.319.4549 for charges. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS: Shipping charges are never marked up. Our customers pay exactly what we are charged to ship the items. PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 7% sales
